Fun games & races to warm up & then a stretch. The gymnasts then work in smaller groups with a coach, whilst moving around the four stations, floor, bar, beam and vault. Taking part in fun activities such as hanging by your knees on bars and jumping over foam chips on the beam. (Please note this class is for school aged children)
