Camp details
Members will do a warm up & stretch including splits & Bridges to start, and then work on the apparatus doing progressions and skills relating to rolling, handstands and cartwheels and more advanced skills such as walkover, round off’s, handsprings and flicks. Please bring a water bottle & snacks.
